What is a Fishing Co-Op?

Co-Op Definition: A cooperative enterprise

I have always loved fishing in Puerto Lobos, and have been coming down for over 40 years. Before I retired back in 2009 I could afford to come on my own with friends. Sadly this is no longer the case.

I started this co-op not as a business, because it is not! It is a group of like-minded anglers who like me enjoy fishing, and do not have the means or want, to pay the high fees charged by Charter Businesses. The reason this trip is so inexpensive is solely because I only ask the amount from my fellow anglers that will cover the cost, and maintenance of the trip. Thereby we can fish in a world class area for a fraction of what you would pay anywhere else. Together we can travel, eat, fish, and sleep for 5 days and 4 nights!

Welcome to all that are reading this for the first time! Feel free to contact me with any and all questions!

If you love fishing and do not want to pay $2,000.00 or more on a chartered trip, give this a try. 80% of the people that come to Lobos with me are return anglers. What charter can say that?
